Critical HealthEvents® Insurance

Cash benefits after covered diagnoses (such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke), with benefits that refresh each calendar year.

Hospital StayPay®

Cash paid directly to you for hospital and ICU stays, including childbirth, to help with costs your medical plan may not cover.

Accident Insurance

Cash for covered injuries and related care, such as ER visits, fractures, ambulance, and physical therapy.

Health Screening Benefit (Accident & Critical Illness Plans)

Cash for completing one eligible preventive screening per year (like a mammogram or colonoscopy), even if your medical plan covers it.

Long-Term Care Benefit

Combines permanent life insurance & long-term care coverage, paying care benefits in cash while protecting what your loved ones receive later.

How to Enroll Online

You can enroll in your Trustmark benefits quickly and securely through our self-service portal.

Steps to Enroll:

Go to trustmark.benselect.com/casd
Enter your Username: your full Social Security Number (SSN)
Enter your PIN (Password): the last 4 digits of your SSN + the last 2 digits of your year of birth
- Example: If your SSN is 123-45-6789 and you were born in 1975, your PIN would be 678975
Follow the on-screen instructions to review your options, make your selections, and submit your enrollment.
